I'm enjoying seeing a lot more then just a "show". The message that our President and the RNC are sharing brings hope to everyday, normal hardworking Americans who want to see themselves and others prosper in life. They actually have an agenda other then just destroying anybody that doesn't think exactly like they think.

So after witnessing 3 years of “enemy of the people,” “scum of the earth,” “nasty women,” running whistleblowers out of the government, and running moderates out of the Republican Party, you still bought all that?

The left made Trump a folk hero . We can argue semantics or argue how effective he is but the taking such a hard line and going hard left made Trump as strong as he is . If that wasn’t enough , the left decides Joe is the guy to beat him . There’s been A LOT of poor choices made since 2016 but saying it’s all Trump or all Republican would be disingenuous.

What?

He ran or attempted to run Jeff Flake, Bob Corker, Paul Ryan, Larry Hogan, and dozens of other moderate republicans out of the party. The remainder lick his boots and act like he’s the greatest American to ever live. Why? Because their political survival demands it. He uncorks on anybody who disagrees with him, from republicans, to his own staffers, to the news media, to foreign leaders.

It’s as disingenuous to say that Democrats are the party punishing intellectual dissent as it is to say Democrats went hard left on the heels of a primary in which the most moderate candidate won in a landslide. It’s a pair of dumb narratives, built up, ironically, to attempt to “destroy” people who don’t think exactly like Trumpists.

The Republican Party was spineless , way too comfortable making deals , building missiles , Warhawking for profit and jamming their heads in the sand every time a liberal called them a racist , which was anytime they wanted them to cave . That’s not new , it’s what they were known for . I knew it when I was a Democrat, we use to laugh about it .
