Obviously you have no idea what "people over 30" think or like or approve of. I am well over 30 (39), I have a 20 y.o. and 16 y.o. and I was sitting there yelling and screaming with them! WE ALL LOVED IT.
This is sort of like church, until all the "seniors realize what makes the youth want to be involved and energetic, the youth congregation in that church will continue to struggle. You are obviously one of the "older" folks who have no idea about how to relate to our young people today. The Black Jerseys needed a little "work" but for the 1st edition they were awesome. Everyone is talking about the VOLS everywhere you go. Church, Mall, Walmart, School, Work, I was in Richmond, VA last weekend and everyone I talked to was asking about Kiffin and Vols.

I wasn't in love with the jerseys especially with white helmets. However I agree with other posts that say if the kids want it, give it to them every once in a while.

This coming from the same clown who said had he been at the game last night he would have packed them up and left when he saw the black.

I like them; hope they wear them as often as the players want......whatever gives them motivation to play well is fine by me.

It was Halloween. It was FUN. No one is trying to change the school colors. CLK seems to understand better than a lot of you that it's more about the students and the players. Everyone in the stadium is there to support the student athletes. What these players like or what gets them pumped is far more important than what the fans thinks is attractive. For what its worth, the student section went nuts and everyone there loved it.
