I expect the vols to compete very hard in every major game next year and finish the season strong, not weak. Probably get into the grocery outlet hotdog bowl and call it a damn good 2nd year.

This can open up your run game, and protect your defense from exhaustion. And it will help you recruit good talent.

We were a bowl team last year if we even had an average QB.

So you're saying that it's delusional to think a team that beat two top-twenty teams could have beaten two teams that finished unranked? Makes perfect sense.

You know good & well the only reason they were ranked where they were is due of the logo on their helmets. Stop being so delusional. I realize it’s what you all do but have some pride son, it’s embarrassing to watch every single year.

Word of advice, take it or leave it.

Mizzou fans should be proud of some of their accomplishments, especially given who they are and what they've had to work with.
Celebrate those and try to repeat them.

Joining the fanboard of a team that has basically been a bottom dweller for the better part of a decade and thumping your little chest over beating such a down team?

If/when we climb back to where we are accustomed to being, I will never be on a Vandy or Mizzou board trying to talk smack because beating a struggling team should be expected and never worth mentioning.

Tl;dr - act like you're supposed to be there if you ever want to be taken seriously.

Kentucky ranked because of their logo? 😂😂😂 Still not sure how all this works are you?

Despite the way UK played that day vs us, they had the better season. Period. They were 5-3 in SEC including an overtime loss at A&M. I don’t think the UK logo carries any cache with respect to football.

Yeah, go with that. All while the rest of the CFB nation continues to laugh at the delusional pumpkin fanbase. “It could be argued that Tennessee has the most delusional fanbase in America.” There, now I fit in with this thread. Many TN fans bombard our boards, usually beginning around the new year, puff up until we hammer you again & start the process over.

6-6 at best next year. Anything beyond that is just hope not based on anything we saw on the field the last 2 games.
