Nice Video of Dooley! I really hope he succeeds. Hope the next few months shows some great changes for the future of Tennessee Football!

Great Video! Nice to see some positives on here for a change. I really hope he succeeds. I really like him as a person and I think he's really doing everything he can to build this program back to the top where it belongs. Here's to you Dooley and a great off-season! :toast:

yeah his family really stuck by him...maybe it was him or the millions of dollars he was going to be worth...

Grow up!

People on here need to hope and pray that Dooley can take us back to the top because we would be unbelievably lucky to have him as a winning coach!

Am I the only one who thought that first picture of his family that his wife was covering his daughters mouth? Thought it looked funny.

I hope Dooley succeeds here. He walked into a position no one else wanted. He has a tough road ahead though. If he is successful, I don't think you could pick a better guy.

Yea nice video and all but actions speak louder than words. When you can just flat out coach, no questions about it. There will be progress and it doesn't take long if you are that good regardless of who is on the team. That's what separates the great coaches from the average coaches. If Dooley cant do that then he ranks as an average coach and history shows that Tennessee as a whole has never been an average team. So why should we settle for an average coach? Why settle for mediocrity when Tennessee deserves so much more.

I support winners and if you're not winning i'm sorry but you have nothing more to offer this Tennessee school who is in the top 10 most winningest football programs of all time and you have to go. Nothing personal, I just don't accept average.

I'm sure you could get some real nice clips of Obama giving speeches too. Just because someone talks well in front of a camera and says all the right things, doesn't mean they're cut out to actually get the job done.
