Love J. Cole. Found him last year. But his album is nowhere near as good as his mixtapes. It's quite obvious how big an impact Jay-Z had on that.

WZRD by kid cudi leaked. Dont know if anybody has heard it, it is an alternative rock album and i must say judging from that point he did an ok job.
