Oh no, can I not ask questions in the question thread? Is there a limit on number of questions that can be asked? How do I learn the sundry and esoteric rules of the Questions Only thread? Can someone please help me?

And I still have not gotten any info on the "national champion track runner", does someone know the name of the thread? Or the the name of the runner?
