Wouldn't that be a good way to get rid of all the ice packs in my freezer?
 
You know the fedex guy dropped a package off here, and it's my Christmas present?!!
 
Have you ever defatted the pan drippings & wilted veggies from a pork roast, blended them into a puree, cooled & congealed the puree in the fridge, then smeared this liberally all over a pork shoulder, tied that up with butcher string, let that sit in the fridge overnight, then smoked it the following day?
