Yeah they suck. "Can't help you. You'll have to purchase this Quick-Start program to get support from Samsung?"

All the while, the guy is telling me that 90% of Knox customers have to use this support program because the documentation has a lot of incorrect items in it and hasn't been updated in over a year?
