The Florida / Georgia game should show all you JG supporters what happens when the QB position is mediocre at best. The UGA O-line did not all of the sudden suck, their backs did regress during the game to suck, their play calling didn't al of the sudden start to suck. When the QB position can't manage to throw the ball downfield, EVERYTHING suffers! then the defense is on the field to much and the whole game plan is out the window.

CJP's issue now is that if he benches JG and on of the other QB's starts to light it up, he is gonna get massive questions about why didn't he do it earlier. Tonight's game is going to suck and it will suck because of our QB position.

I was actually a little impressed with Smart (sickening as he is). He called his QB up and said something along the lines of 'this isn't your day, you'll get another chance'. His QB was nodding and agreeing. You don't necessarily destroy a guy's confidence if you handle it this way. Pruitt should take note and have a short leash on JG.

We are so limited on offense. JG can either throw long or a bullet pass, no finesse touch passes to give us variety. Maybe one day HB will be our Mac Jones or Trask.
