The QB Debate - Charlotte edition (merged)

Good question, lest's see the others on the field in game situations, with the first team, running an open play book.
Ya still listening

You don't believe that Pruitt would play KC if he was better than JG? Pruitt is one of the most competitive people on earth, he wants to win and find all the players he can get that want to win as well.
Fans are delusional if they think that KC wouldn't be playing if he was better than JG!!!

Coaches are not infallible.

Especially first time head coaches, who have spent their entire career working on the defensive side of the ball, and are now tasked with making offensive decisions.

You are right, people are dumb. They keep wanting to lean on JG when he has absolutely shown he cannot get the job done. They will pull anybody else for poor play but JG is treated with kid gloves. He cannot and will not get it done and all the facts are there. We have a season and a half resume on him and the most important stat of wins is lower than I might guess any other QB in the SEC.
So being the most accurate qb in school history while being top 10 in several other categories is poor play?

S

KC has never beat a team that was better than 6-6. I'm his two wins vs 6-6 teams his high is 181 yards. His rb had more or close to the same yardage on the ground as he had through the air those two game.

So we should play KC because if his multiple wins vs 1-11 and 3-9 teams?

9 wins and none vs a winning team. 7 vs teams 5-7 or worse. I'm not sure that guy is the answer.

You sheep keep hoping for greatness from JG and you will continually keep getting disappointed with losses. People wanting to crown greatness based upon completion percentage from side ways and very short yardage passing are going to keep getting the same losing results. JG is 11th in the SEC in passing yards, tied near the bottom in TD passes, and definitely at the bottom in SEC wins. He's probably first in standings there taking hard shots while holding onto the football.

Where is JG ranked in ypa, interceptions, qb rating?

Completely disagree on this one. Butch was an idiot we all c an agree on that. But the QB situation right now is not even comparable to the Hurd/Kamara situation under Butch Jone's management!

JG is clearly better than KC!
