The Problems with Trans-ideology

Trans Inmate In Prison For Killing Baby Must Get Gender Surgery at 'earliest opportunity': Judge

A psychologist testified the inmate had a mental illness and Didn't Need a sex-change operation

A federal district judge in Indiana has once again ordered the state Department of Correction (IDOC) to arrange a sex reassignment surgery for a transgender inmate convicted of reckless homicide of a baby, marking the latest development in the ongoing legal saga challenging an Indiana law banning the procedure.

The case, now in its second year, involves inmate Autumn Cordellioné's request for sex reassignment surgery. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) first filed the lawsuit against the Indiana Department of Corrections in 2023 on behalf of Cordellioné, challenging an Indiana law that prohibits the Department of Corrections from using taxpayer funds to cover sex reassignment surgeries for inmates. The ACLU argues the law is a violation of the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition of "cruel and unusual punishment."

So, what is the disposition towards Ralphie? The Colorado Buffaloes mascot is a young female which the university forces to present itself as an adult bull.

A private business should be able to do business with whom they choose.

If I want to open a bar in Boston, and withhold service from redheads, that should be my choice. It may well result in financial ruin, but it should be my prerogative.
I agree, but damn…. She picked up the bat behind the bar. Only a person with mental issues does that

I own a shoe shop with that exact business model. It's called "Ginger's Have No Soles ".

Probably not over some dude in a red hat ….. I’d trust your judgement on that kind of thing

I'm biased but in an instance where the only evidence we have is a small clip like that, I'm gonna guess there was a reason it was prompted.

I will also say that in the past, a lot of people looking to kick up **** in the places I worked (especially in late 2020 and most of 2021) were wearing the same hats. Sure, Knoxville dealt with two large instances of BLM 'protestors' damaging store fronts, but if you were kicking out someone for coming in, going full Karen over masks/seating/whatever itched their asshoIe that particular morning, it was a person over 40 wearing a MAGA hat.

Not saying this was the case everywhere, but it certainly was in recent Knoxville history. The MAGA hat is now in the same league with a person carrying a "service" chihuahua in their purse, a person still wearing a mask, a person with a fistful of promotional coupons, a person claiming to be a restaurant reviewer, a person reeking of Aqua Velva, someone (who 9/10 times isn't celiac) waiting until sitting down asking for gluten free options in your Italian concept... if you see any of these people enter your restaurant, there is a collective eye roll followed by a groan in anticipation of some manner of bullsh*t you are all going to have to deal with.

Anyone wearing politically activated attire is already looking to be obnoxious. I don't care if you agree with said attire or not. It screams "I am going to push my nonsense on you and you have little to no say in the matter."

😂…. Good descriptions for sure… and I totally agree on the wearing of political attire.
Perhaps you’re right about something happening prior to the clip starting….I’d like to think this is the case, but the world is on crazy pills these days so who knows.
