MSNBC star Rachel Maddow outraged a Stonewall Riots hero by claiming the seminal gay rights protest was a 'transgender riot.'

The lesbian star, 51, made the comments as she discussed a protest at the site after all mentions of trans people were removed from the Stonewall National Monument's web page.

Maddow said the memorial 'commemorates a riot by trans people' - a controversial assertion that many gay activists take issue with.


Fred Sargeant, a gay activist who participated in the 1969 riots, called out Maddow on X, accusing her of lying about the historic event and excluding the gay and lesbian community.

Supreme Court Turns Down theatre group’s request to Challenge Tennessee’s Drag Show Ban​

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Supreme Court of the United States has denied a recent request from Friends of George’s to challenge a law that places new restrictions on drag performances in Tennessee.

The LGBTQ theater group has been fighting the Adult Entertainment Act since it passed in 2023.

Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti posted a statement to X following the denial, saying in part that this was “Another big win for Tennessee!”

Mass will just parade them around for couple days, give them Estee Lauder gift bags and send them to whatever colony island their sanctuary migrants were relocated to.

This could work out.

It looks like Wisconsin is going full r****d on these “issues”. They may have screwed up with the “inseminated person” thing because I don’t think it’s as inclusive as they think it is. Maybe nash can confirm the “inseminated person” thing.

The fact that a bill acknowledges that there are parent groups other than "father + mother" is ridiculous? It's a clarifying change that would not even be worth discussing but some stupid influencer told you it was crazy and scary

The “for lesbians” clarifying language stance makes sense, and is pretty decent cover.

Changing “man” to “person” who gives semen kinda gives it away though.

Sec. of State Marco Rubio Moves to Ban Visas for Transgender Athletes​

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is moving to deny visas for transgender athletes in compliance with President Donald Trump’s directives.

Rubio’s State Department issued a directive on February 24 placing a “permanent fraud bar” on applicants who “misrepresent” their sex while applying for a visa to enter the U.S. to compete in sports.

“In cases where applicants are suspected of misrepresenting their purpose of travel or sex, you should consider whether this misrepresentation is material such that it supports an ineligibility finding,” Rubio’s directive reads, according to the Guardian.

Trump signed an executive order early this month to ban transgender athletes from playing in women’s and girl’s sports in the U.S.

Trump also said that he would deny visas for transgender athletes who hope to compete in the coming 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
