The new rule states that once the individual is over the age of 18, they will be able to compete in the division of their choice.

If the state legislature passed that law to protect kids...the body made up of reps that the people elected specifically to make laws that govern them...then the executive Governor needs to shut up and get out of their way. I guess Ohio doesnt have a 2/3 majority though? The liberal NC governor tried to veto gun legislation in NC...but they voted again with 2/3 majority which is veto proof.

look up the 2008 CA ban on same sex marriage. A literal constitutional ban was approved by voters and the State SC said the vote itself was unconsitutional. How does that make any sense?

I love it. Dimwit Governor here in NC tried to abuse his executive position by interfering with the LEGISLATORS making LAWS as they were elected to do....just like this leftist dbag in Ohio....and he also got pimpsmacked by a 2/3 supermajority and told to " Sit down and STFU."

Joe Biden totally wrecked this country both economically and morally by executive abuse and overreach signing 48 new XOs i to law in his first 2 days in office. Cancelled the pipeline, wrecked the oil industry, opened up the southern border, you name it. Every single XO he had pre-written and ready to go was an absolute ABUSE of his position, and blatantly circumventing THE legislators that WE the PEOPLE elected to make the laws for this country. Its a slap in the face to every legislator and those folks who elected them....its the opposite of how the framers made our government so there would be "checks and balances" among the 3 main branches of our extremely bloated government. The 2 party system is too. The folks who founded this country would have stacked bodies long, long ago if they saw what the government has become. They suck.
