Our biggest problem with this program is our belief of maintaining the tradition. Guess what football has changed and we will not win with that tradition. Fulmer, Majors, and Neyland style football will not do it anymore. The game has changed we just need to let our program change as well. DTs are so big now running the ball up the gut is a waste of a play. We are a passing team we need to throw to our backs and have someone running a drag route on every play. The drag route is used by every nfl offense and is as good as a run. We have so many people that will not let this program change that it affects the product we put on the field and then they feel they can whine and complain cause we lose.
