Lol...we're a mess but like that idiot has room to talk.

Btw OP, Schiano is not going to coach here and your threads are crap. You may return to your Rutgers board now.

NCAA president Mark Emmert rips Tennessee over chaotic coaching search

Going to be a tough 3-5 years.... But sometimes you have to bulldoze a house to fix the foundation.

Bring in Pruitt and let him build.

And give the man time.

TENNESSEE IS A TRAINWRECK THAT CAUGHT FIRE IN THE MIDDLE OF A COTTON FIELD.

It's going to take a minute

Ha that's rich, like the NCAA has any room to talk about disastrous administrations.

Here's a group that had Miami dead to rights and couldn't do the investigation properly so Miami walks

Talk about a guy who is pretty oblivious to his situation

It's one quote out of context. Not that I disagree with it, but it's what SEC Country and many others do to generate clicks.

I agree the NCAA is a joke now. Just worried about TV revenue now more than compliance.

But his words still carry weight.
They are empty words. NCAA doesn't have any say in what we do as long as it's with in compliance.

Shoe money and hookers for recruits and it took him years to find it? he needs to clean his own crap before he looks at ours. No credibility with me.

So in other words Tennessee fans should bend over and take it, even if it's a coach with a questionable history or one with a mediocre record? If our AD is going to give us the shaft with the hire then we have the right to do the same in return.

Emmert can go fly a kite.

Regardless of the problems the NCAA has, he is not wrong in his assessment of our coaching search, and it is nothing that hasn't been echoed on this board a thousand times. Just hearing it from outside the family makes it sound worse.

Not only Miami, but they couldn’t punish UNC for running a fake academic department, and they couldn’t get the Penn State punishment to hold despite them harboring a known child rapist.
