Not so sure this is seizuring.

When Sophie had hers, she'd just fall over stiff and shaking. All we could do is talk to her and love on her til it was over, about 15-20 minutes. Then she'd stand up, kinda wobbly, and go drink a ton of water.

You mentioned low blood sugar before - I kind of wonder that might be it
 
Yeah the doc didn't think it was seizures when I showed him the video.

Rocky has all sorts of instances. This time he stood up from chewing a toy and began looking up and all around. He tried to chew again, but again looked around, tried again and I took the chew away, had him sit with me. Didn't really acknowledge me until he snapped out of it.
