Also disappointing that I heard back from a recruiter who sent over my resume to a law firm in the area

Their feedback was because this is a legal assistant position and not a paralegal position

I was a paralegal for 6 years, legal assistant for 4 years before that

I mean really, the two go hand in hand and handle similar work
