I was just watching a replay of the Sports Source TV show

Sports Source | Sundays At 11am On WATE Channel 6

and John Pennington said to make him an announcer for the Vols, just think of it,he is well spoken and loves the Vols and could recruit in every city they play ball in for the next 25 to 30 years :)

now that would be great,I highly doubt that he would ever coach, but that is just me

that could happen too,but I'd rather hear him every Saturday broadcasting for the Vols :)

Although he, and I, loves the Vols very much, that is wayyyy below his optimum talent level. Maybe when he hits, say, around 65, he could be the voice of the Vols. Until then, much, much bigger things.

i know it is a very slim chance Diego of it ever happening, but wouldn't it be great ? it isn't like he needs money, him and Bob would be a great pair :)

He will most likely wait on accepting this gig until after Warlick wins the national championship and Hart (now in his 4th year) hoists the SEC all sports trophy - not wanting to steal their thunder.

I would be shocked if Peyton doesn't already have a detailed plan ready to go! JMO

I say we start him at quarterback coach for a couple years then offensive coordinator for a few years and then after Butch'es 3rd national championship put him as head coach

Mike Keith and Peyton in the booth. Vol radio network dream team.

Never gonna happen, I know.

I live in Bama. They had Stabler as the "color commentator" for the Tide. He was salty. Good analysis. Heard him refer to a players mustache as a "flavor saver". His DUI's coming out of Florabama to his Ono Island home got him kicked off the network.

Of course Peyton is not the same type person as "the snake". Just saying... it happens.
