The orange UT pants thread

Who likes them and who doesnt? I particularly prefer when UT wears the white. I can only like the orange pants with our white jerseys. You?

I like the orange pants once in a while. I wouldn't want them to wear them too much though.

I hope the new coaching staff doesnt want to tinker with our uniform tradition. I want them just the way they are,no more black or any crap like that. That stuff happens when your whole coaching staff has been overhauled. Tradition is nice. Orange pants only when we wear white jerseys.:good!:

I love it when the wear orange pants. I also every once in a while would like to go retro and wear the Condredge Holloway era jerseys like they did in 04 on opening night for the freshmen qbs. But the Orange pants look nice at night under the lights. I want to preface that I like the Orange pants with the white stripes. The all orange pants Im not all that thrilled with.

Absolutely... The stripes are so important to making our uni's look right imo. The solid white pants,and solid orange pants are disgustingly boring,like Penn State or something.

My favorite uniforms are the road whites with the solid white pants and socks. It's a very classic clean look. The orange pants don't really do anything for me.

CPF was the one that went away from the orange pants. We should go back to them just to eliminate what is left of their effect on UT.

Never!!!!! Please...please...lose the black socks and high top black wrestling shoes. White socks and low-top shoes...works quite well for....let's see...teams like Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida. I'm old school and hate the black sock fad.

As for orange pants...maybe with the away jerseys. But I have never cared for orange on orange personally...too much like jack-o-lanterns Tennessee is orange and white.

Please leave the uniform ALONE. That is not the problem.

I love the orange pants with either the home or away uni. They are off the chain. I chuckle when people say the color of pants has anything to do with the outcome of games though. I hope CLK incorporates the orange pants more than CPF did.
