It has stuckout in my mind since last year that the CAL fans posted on this board and their own about how we "forced" our beliefs on them by "Praying" before the game....It is sad but can someone tell me where the Cal Fan Club is on here?? I forgot.......Anyways, I never thought prayer would ever be an "insult" or "offend" anyone........wow!

They better start praying they're not down 5 touchdowns in the third quarter again this Saturday.

get over the prayer thing boys. no one in my section cared about it even in the slightest. i don't know where these reports of disgust came from exactly.

From your Cal board! I'm sure it can be found but trust us or me we are over it, it just is amazing that you people can't fathom that we had as much right to pray as those on the left coast have the right not to. It's just that we didn't raise a stink over it. It had nothing to do with the out come of a football game, trust me again God is way to busy to worry about who will win a football game. What the ones who wanted to fuss publicly should be more concerned about is if they will win in the eternal game of life.

Now I'm over it but don't come here bashing us and telling us to get over it when we choose to practice our rights to public prayer.

It came from one woman on one of the Cal boards who was posting right after returning from the game. She basically said that all in all she had a nice trip, but she was outraged that the courts would allow prayer before the game of a public university. She then went into a diatribe about how being forced to listen to a prayer forced her to acknowledge the existence of God.

Funny, but I haven't seen anybody on here bashing anyone over prayer. I've seen several people on here making an issue over what one Cal fan wrote on their own board nearly a year ago.

it wasnt just from 1 fan and I think there was an article about it either in the school paper or a publication around the Bay Area.......not an issue, I dont care at all...I said it was sad that's all I remember about the Cal fans
