One of the main issues here is TDOT doesn't hold up their end on the roads that's their responsibility so Memphis has to spread its already thin plowing infrastructure even thinner....

saw three cars stalled out at the Poplar / Kirby intersection on that hill blocking the eastbound lane. I had to turn around and find a different route.

It is updated with new scans. Does it say out for delivery or is departed Dallas the last entry?

Express or ground? Either way, the weather is backing everything up I am sure. They always post on their site to expect delays when there are bad weather events.
