My cul-de-sac is available. It's normally reserved on weekends, but weekdays are good. You just need to bring a step ladder so I can trim the tree limb that has grown over the goal.

Also, the wooded area means it is partially shaded and several degrees cooler. The above ground goal sucks, but it has a nice, shiny, new net.
