It’s about what you’d think. Blaming Kirby for not taking the points, blaming BoBo, Searels, and Shuman for not being prepared. Plenty of blame to go around, but Kirby has earned many mulligans in my book! Bama always beats us, hopefully we don’t see them again this season.

Not taking the points was the fatal mistake. Very foolish to go for it in that situation, especially when points are hard to come by.

I agree, our defense had finally started playing well, you take the points and probably win. Oh well. In truth though, we should have just made that yard. It’s one yard! We didn’t deserve to win if we can’t bully out 1 yard!!! It was actually a good play call, Cash should have kept his feet long enough to make 1 yard.

I’m just still upset at the loss. To Bama again. I’m so tired of it. But after a nights rest I’m ok. Bama isn’t as good as we made them look. We had plenty of opportunities to beat them soundly and we choked again. We couldn’t get off the field on 3rd down at all in the first half or when we had to in the 4th.

After thinking, I don’t mind going for it. I just don’t like the play call or Cash Jones being the carrier. We ran it down their throats all over the field all night with other backs. That play is what McCray is absolutely built for! Give it to him and if Bama stops him from getting 1 yard so be it!

Bama did make the plays they had to though, so credit to them. We choked! It happens, especially to us against them.

SEC is just tough. Other than Arkansas, there aren’t any bad teams anymore. Arkansas is only bad bc they have absolutely quit. Any 2 loss sec team should be in the playoffs, and likely the loser of the sec championship game even if they have 3! We beat each other up more than any other conference and going to nine games is going to make it even tougher.

Many of us try to play quality ooc games every season. I could see that changing unfortunately with this nine game schedule. GA usually plays one plus Ga Tech, but that changed this season, now it’s just Tech, but Tech is a quality team now. I’m gonna miss playing a Clemson or Oregon or some such early, but we honestly need all the cupcakes we can get in the SEC!

I hope you guys beat Bama. I think you will if you play a good game, even in Tuscaloosa. They are good and very talented, but they aren’t as good as we made them look. We did not play well at all and Bama made us pay for it yet again!

That’s my morning after the loss thinking at the moment. Going to be a great CFB season this year! Look at all the great games we’ve already had all over the country! SEC is going to be especially interesting going forward! I can hardly wait! It’s going to be a heck of a ride for hardcore CFB fans so buckle up!!!

P.S. IT NEEDED MORE COWBELL!!!😂
