I always do about 5 sets of 10 with the dumbbell, and rotate days of bar and a curl pin machine. I rarely use the rope, but do the triceps pull with an angled bar.I did curls with dumbell and bar then dumbell shoulder press and bar shoulder press then dips then tricep rope pulls then lat pull downs and was speeding I had to quit.
