I am sore from working out today. I tried some creatine and it gave me a rush like speed got a major pump did not like the creatine it made me sick kinda.

I never have taken anything, scared to . I do try to eat eggs or something with protein before i go. It's usually eggs though.

It had me speeding like I drank 4 redbulls I couldn't talk and my arms felt like they was full like a tick. I am not taking it no more.

I've heard other people say stuff. I don't trust anything that messes with you like that.
