I haven't done heavy weights at the gym with my legs since I broke the one. On the leg extension I've only worked out with like 105lbs at the most. I felt really good today, even did the treadmill longer without hurting. I got done with the extension and still no pain, so I decided to see what I cpuld do. I kept going up 10lbs at a time doing a couple each time. I decided to put it on the highest, 225lbs, and I did it! Actually did 3 sets of 10. It would hurt when i got to about8, but I kept going. Not a big deal to most, but it was to me! Surprised myself!
