Holy cow, how many employees do you have?

Yes it is, I have 3 full time cooks, 7 (at the moment) servers, 3 housekeepers (that are trained to help in kitchen (2 at cooks)). They will all be there Saturday night. Plus, we always have former employees volunteering also. But I always do the prep and cooking for the dinner (staff always helps me). We also have support staff that fills in on the serving end). Group effort. We never turn back help.
