I was down another pound when I went to the doc yesterday. That's 10 overall since they told me to watch the sugar a month or so ago

I quit taking the meds. I'm still counting carbs, although not like I should for the last week or so.

Once you start paying attention to labels - carbs, calories, salt, sugar, etc. intake will all go down.
