A lot of people right the transit system in and walk to their buildings or drive in and park at some lot and walk in. We drive in and park in a garage that is covered and luckily I stay indoors the walk from the garage to my building. So I don't have a need for a coat, but if I were going somewhere after work, I'd need one!
