68 here now, whiskey tango foxtrot. The Weather Channel (in which I have 0 confidence) is still stubbornly predicting snow tomorrow morning around 8 or 9, with a low of 17 tomorrow night.

If it happens, this is going to be one hell of a windy night! That’s a lot of thermal energy to displace.

Well, there you go then.

AVL gets weather.com forecasts from Greenville SC, along with three of the four (counting Fox channel) “local” news stations. Fun having your info coming from not only another city, but from another state.

I usually go with the obscure local forecasters, but weather.com is what pops up on my phone.

All I can say is that if we’re looking at the possibility of a 51 degree delta in temps within 36 hours, it might be wise to secure trash can lids and porch furniture and small children/ pets.
