Fortunately had a big Cuban lunch from the gas station.

Both...lol.....I used to be able to eat whatever and whenever....had to make some changes....Bama girl is a fitness/health nut so peer pressure got the better of me!

My wife can't do much because of her health, but she does use our exercise bike almost every day. My oldest went to the gym with me a lot, but she ran off to the Air Force. My other 2 would, but being on 2 swim teams wear them out
