And the ice cream definitely doesn't help

It really doesn't it is high in calories!

It's crazy to think I was having two cookies out of the oven and putting them in a cup and filling it with ice cream

I was probably having 800-1000 calories!

Now I have cookie and spoon out 1/2 a cup of ice cream for 400 calories. And that is only once a week

I haven't been to the gym in c couple of days

go outside and jog a couple miles

Kevin and I were talking yesterday on the way to work about my Aunt's favorite place to go - Cheesecake Factory, her birthday is next week so we are letting her pick where she wants to go

Anyways, I looked up what I normally eat

1700 calories for the meal and I can't remember but 1400 or so for the cheesecake!

Not that I eat all of it in one sitting

It makes it about 1000 calories in one sitting

That's like a week's worth of workouts in one day in this heat.

The main thing I look at is saturated fat

And sodium

Those are the things the doc told me to limit
