I have never cared for vinegar. Have you been to one of those olive oil and vinegar places where that is all they sell and you can sample them? Kevin opened my eyes to different oils. Definitely adds a little flavor to cooking.

I have an obsession with vinegar and foods containing vinegar. I'm making my own organic apple cider vinegar (with Fuji apples) right now. it's been working about a week.
