So he is supposed to be throwing us a party

I got to work on making room in our freezer

Both of our inside and garage freezers are packed full

I did just buy some meat this weekend as well since it was on sale

I like how Kevin cooks those in the cast iron pan

Also got pork chops

We haven't had those in awhile

They are always on sale so I don't get them much

But I went ahead this time so that we could have some in stock

We usually make what is called a caprese pork chop

 

[volwindy]

Let the pork chops marinate in pesto

 

[volwindy]

Then Kevin grills them

 

[volwindy]

At the last minute puts a slice of mozzarella cheese on them to melt

 

[volwindy]

Then we top with tomatoes and spinach

 

[volwindy]

So good

We need to have those again soon

Once we finish with the spaghetti, I think I want my chicken chilli
