Where is he supposed to throw it. Helton never calls a pass until it's an obvious passing situation and even then all the routes are short. The D is teeing off on this predictable offense.

That is great and not great because they need to put points on the scoreboard because that's the 1 ultimate stat that matters the most score more points than the other team.

Yeah. I should have said "since Leach was mentioned as considering the position," as that was more accurate.

To be fair though, Leach wouldn't win this game either. We're just not there in terms of talent regardless of playcalling.

What game are you watching. JG is TERRIBLE!!

Just like Florida every time he makes a play someone messes up with a penalty or turnover. He can't make DWA catch the ball or RIchmond stop false starting or call better plays. Its easy to stop a qb when you know what the offense is doing and the oline doesn't block.

I think the O-line is already light years ahead of where they were against WVU. They are one of the few areas I'm seeing big improvement over the first 5 games. JG needs to look over all his options instead of waiting for a window for his predetermined target.

Is the OC intelligent enough to realize that opponents defenses look at film and how we repeatedly show our hand over and over again? I know a lot of 2nd graders who could analyze the problem with our offense.

Yeah, we are definitely too predictable in the play calling but JG holds the ball too long and does seem to zone in on a WR too much. It’s not easy at all though. I sure couldn’t have ever been a college QB.
