How did it get this bad?

Boosters that want too much influence, incompetent "yes-men" athletic directors for over a decade, and coaches that probably have to label which shoe is their left and right.

It's embarrassing, and it won't change if they can still draw in 100,000 people to watch them field a bottom feeding team. I was neither here nor there on "empty Neyland," but it's clear this athletic department isn't going to go to any lengths to return us to contention. This team is run by guys that like their money more than they like their university, and it's showing.
