Yes, yes it is. We lost 20 more players when he left leaving us around 40 short. That kills a program.

Not to mention that he brought the NCAA in here and encouraged players to leave.

He single handedly did more damage to this program in his one year than all our other bad coaches combined.

I gotta ask. Where are the Dooley defenders? Shouldn't they be on this thread pointing out how it's a process, you gotta give CDD time, & the Vols are making progress? They come out of the woodwork 2 days after a game and declare another abysmal defeat to be a 'moral victory'.

But do those supporting Dooley even watch the games? If so, they should be reminding us here and now why we need to keep Dooley & this staff.

Vol Fans, I know this is a bad time, but this is not the Tennessee Football that we know and love. How have we gotten away from pounding the rock, playing d, and good special teams? This hurts to watch.

I'm just not sure how people still refuse to blame the coaching staff. The job of the coach is to help the players be in the best possible position to win.

Our staff, on the other hand, have put our players in the best possible position to help opposing teams break as many school records as possible.

If they don't have the smarts to be there or are not athletically capable, then the coaching makes no difference.
