The Official Tennessee vs. South Carolina Game Thread, 12:00 PM ET, ESPN2

Thinking about the 2nd half "vanilla" play calling . . . I believe that it has to do with trying to keep players healthy, not risking further injury and resting some players.

I don't like it but I think CJH is doing certain things for reasons . . . OR MAYBE THE JACK IS TALKING ME OFF OF THE CLIFF!! lol

GO BIG DAMN ORANGE!

Hooker has trouble slowing it down, offense as a whole has
Absolutely what I was thinking. Slowing it down has completely ruined the rhythm. I know South Carolina’s defense has brought pressure and D has pressed up on the WRs. The whole conservative approach to try to get out without injuries IMHO has thrown everything off.

Am I missing something? Why would they go for 2? It could have been a 17 point game with the PAT. Now they have to score two touchdowns with 2 two points plays plus a field goal to take the lead.

16 pt game is 2 possessions. 17 pt takes 3 possessions

You start on the opponents 42 and you really decide to just keep the gameplan of running out the clock. Are we seriously just done trying to score this half?????

Heupel, WTH man.

It’s worse than that. I’m interested to see and hear his reasoning and the injury report postgame

This concerns me, I get sportsmanship but you need to make a statement to the rest of the SEC that it’s your job to stop us. I do not like this mentality. It will not serve us well in the next 4 games.

We scored 45 and 38pts in our last 2 first halves. I think this is about the injury situation. We're dropping like flies out there.
