The Official Tennessee vs. Purdue Music City Bowl Game Thread, 3:00 PM ET, ESPN

Refs were awful, but Heupel’s play calling on the last drive in regulation was just dumb

agree and agree. I thought Heupel mad a very bad call in OT. He should have taken the 3. It’s ok in the end because considering everything a good year But I didn’t like CJH decisions at the end of the game.

Gonna be another college football rule coming out of another UT loss in the Music City Bowl...Can't we beat Purdue in anything...That Sweet 16 loss was unbearable.

I believe these officials are from the ACC, but geez they suck. It’s like they are trying to spot Purdue points and calls because the game is in TN. Multiple, MULTIPLE missed calls from this trash crew. To top it off, you got Rodgers, Jr pumping sunshine up their @$$. This fake injury BS is getting out of hand. Glad UT didn’t hire that scumbag brohm. A classless POS just like lame. Could’ve called PI on the TD to Hyatt, but of course, no call. I’m done venting for now.

Deju vu ... the ACC officiated the Pitt vs Tennessee game and this game was an exact repeat. Tennessee called for an excessive number of penalties compared to Pitt and repeated bad spots of the ball costing Tennesse first downs and eventually the game in the 4th quarter. Clearly the hatred/jealousy of the SEC is REAL. Rarely does Tennessee get a fairly officiated game outside the league.
