The Official Tennessee vs. Purdue Music City Bowl Game Thread, 3:00 PM ET, ESPN

Lol.

This is what you get when you hire a mid major coach who doesn’t give a shyte about defense.

Heupel just another coach - Decent coach but not great. Sad sad sad.

BS-Let’s see if the NCAA will admit the mistake because the whistle did not blow until after the ball crossed the goal. Still terrible decision for Heupel in OT.

Nashville Screw Job.

Heupel went brain dead as a play caller today. Should have never been in this position. Glad for what he has done for the program and looking forward to improvement. But today he owns.

45 points? Brain dead as a play caller? I’m shocked you have enough brain cells to post something so dumb

Say what you want, but Purdue was short handed and we played like crap on defense. Despite that, Heupel lost this game all on his own with his stupid play calling. THIS is why UCF fans were not that upset about him leaving. He's looking a lot like the second coming of Hal Mumme. Dumbass play calls.

Whistles came after he stretched across

Apparently, the side judge ruled it stopped forward progress. That’s the determinant. The whistle follows his signal of the play being ruled dead due to forward progress. It’s one of those “rule exactly how it’s written type” things.

So basically the ref decides when a play is over even if they don’t blow the whistle? Load of crap. Another music city bowl handed to the other team.
