Stokes wasn't on the block. He was too far out. Honestly, you have to get Richardson the ball there. He had been fantastic all night and all tourney.

Your missing the point, the play was still there. Some posters are acting like Stokes was the end of the play, but he was the beginning. The double team came perfectly, and McRae was there. You can talk about bad execution or a bad call all you want, but the play was there.

Just went back and watched it again and you're right. Stokes came out on a screen by McRae. That was definitely the play call. Stokes had McRae at the top ready to drive or shoot on the kick.

3. Call on Stokes was terrible. Ref shouldn't be aloud to call another game. He personally decided the outcome of the game.

The refs didn't design the play to give your power forward the ball 18 feet from the goal

CM blew the play call. Not only do you take the ball out of the hot hand (McRae), but you also take away our best offensive rebounder (Stokes). It should have been McRae taking it to the hole and Stokes crashing the boards just like we did to get back in the game.
CM is just not a good close game coach . He is a blowout coach or bust.

is going to be able to get the ball to McRae. That's the issue. You don't throw the ball to your center 12+ feet from the basket with 10 seconds left. You just don't....You ALWAYS throw it to someone who can create a shot off the dribble.
