The Official Tennessee vs. Michigan Game Thread, 7:15 pm ET(03/28/14), CBS

Except for the one that was banked in from top of the key. That was pure luck. Almost knocked the backboard down.

Give you that one . 6-9 is still strong as H$&@ and big trouble for us . I have not lost hope but if we can't get a hand in their face and we can't even stop their bigs from taking us off the dribble it is not going to be good . We will now see what kind of coach Cuonzo is .

Michigan is a 3 point team, but they're hitting off balanced bank shots. they are unconscious hot. It's impressive actually. Hopefully they can't keep this up. Glad to only be down 11 in a game like this.

Need a big 2nd half. We're definitely capable.

Go Vols!

the threes don't bother me as much as those easy dish offs for dunks.Michigan will cool on the threes....i hope

When you're playing a no help guy like Stauskas, other defenders have to contain the ball and keep it out of the paint against their individual matchup. Richardson can't leave Stauskas so Tennessee is guarding with one less help defender. That's why they're struggling to defend ballscreens, and giving up uncontested three's. However, the last three minutes of the half they just decided not to guard at all which is inexcusable. Tennessee has to keep the ball out of the paint off the dribble if they want to win.

We cannot start the 2nd half playing man to man.

I watched Michigan play against zone teams. It kind of looks like what Wisconsin did against Baylor last night. When you can put 4 shooters around the line it's almost impossible to play zone. If you want the 1-3-1 (Beilein's specialty defense) you're going to be in for a blood bath.

I'm at work and not able to watch the game but from the posts I've seen from our fans, it's pretty much over right?

should have used some timeouts in the last 5 mins of the half rather than let them light us up.
