That was the worst half of football I've seen from the Vols in my 40+ years of watching.

I'm sorry, but at a certain point Pruitt is to blame as well. he hired Helton, who has made some awful calls this whole season. There is no excuse for playing this poorly all year. As bad as these players are, they are getting curb stomped by a Florida team that is as bad as we are. It's complete horse@#$%.

When the players can't execute the plays, it limits what a coach can call.

It is clear at this point Pruitt is out of his depth. I'm not saying fire him, just realize it's going to be a process for him to develop as well.

The only thing I like from this game is Pruitt. His game calling has been exciting and ballsey.

A lot of good calls but stupid, stupid turnovers. That's the players he inherited, not the calls.

Yes he's coaching the players but for only a few months which is nothing especially when there's barely skill to coach.

Just can't execute. He inherited terrible-ness. He has a terrible schedule.

The fact he came here knowing the $hit fest it is, knowing he would have to play against bama.

No one wants to be here.

Austin Pope killing us. Earlier drive in fl territory on a 3rd and 1 he’s the fullback on a dive play and touched nobody. Settled for 3. Then fumbles thru end zone for touchback. Cost us 7. Then we’re driving with chance to cut it to two scores, he gets 15 yard hands to face, puts us in obvious passing downs and they knock JG out of the game. Chryst comes in and fumbles the snap. Fl drives down and scores again. On a team playing really bad football he stands out

It is a cardinal sin for a FB on THAT play not to pile drive into somebody, but to hit nobody and stand around after the play looking at everybody was something I never thought I would see at Tennessee.
