I'm greatful for what Butch has done here but I don't think he is up to getting us to where we want to be. He has been paid well for what he has done we need to go in another direction it is obvious. He fails to hire coaches that are competent to support him. He likes to micro manage.

No, they coach and develop the players that do. Oh and by the way the coaches also call the plays and determine the depth chart.

Currie will not hire Kiffin. Honestly, UT and the boosters need to pony up some cash and get some one like Chip Kelly. Otherwise, its another mid-major guy and more mediocrity.
