Offensively, much better. Effort, enthusiasm, energy much better. They cut down on a lot of the stupid stuff. That was better although there was still some of that.

Defensively, they gave up 347 yards in a half.

Unfortunatlely it's not a good strategy against Fromm as he's very good at reading the pressure, going through his reads, and finding who's going to be open both pre-snap and post-snap. Just imagine the opposite of JG - that's basically Fromm.

Yeah that was bad, if only one side of the ball collapses Tennessee weathers the storm, but both sides just stunk it up.

All in all if anyone had asked pregame if we would believe that we were trailing by less than 2 TD’s I believe all but the most unreasonable among VN would have taken it. Having said that the D is not holding up their end of the deal. Not getting any penetration and getting a stop out of the gate to start the 2nd half is a must . If they can figure out how to get ANY kind of penetration / pressure on Fromm and they can make it a game . If UGA drives it down the field to start the 2nd Half then I’m afraid our men may pack it in . Gonna be interesting

Well when u have 5 minutes to throw the ball it is to be expected. No pressure from the D line

UGA might have the best OL in all of college football, and when we do blitz, Fromm knows exactly where to go with it. Theres a reason they're the #3 team in the country.

Vols D has had some redeeming plays. UGA has a good line and when we get around it we run into uncalled holds. Both sides of the ball have taken some big steps tonight. I'm more optimistic than I expected to be at this point in the game.
