The Official Tennessee vs. #24 South Carolina Game Thread, 12:00 pm ET, SEC Network

I think the SEC is going to make a significant dent in the NCAA tournament this year. Not just Kentucky.

The pessimist in me thinks South Carolina blows this game open in the second half. They won't be anywhere near that sloppy with the ball after the break. Punter is going to have to get hot. Or Mostella. Or both.

Shemvari Phillips zero minutes. What up with that?

We built a decent lead with the starters, he stuck with them for a while since things were going well. I think it screwed up the rotation. I don't know if we subbed really at all until 12 min in

Goodness we're terrible on offense. Also seemed like SC started to find a little bit of a rhythm offensively. Gotta step it up if we wanna win this one.

I am so glad that Barnes has Hubbs playing a SF position instead of trying to make him play like a guard similar to the previous 2 coaches.

He just isn't a guard

I don't. UK isn't even that good by UK standards, and other than TAMU, I don't see another SEC school that great. LSU would be if they had a coach with a brain.

Well, we have 6 teams in the top 53 RPI and Georgia and Auburn are also lurking. Haven't seen this much balance in awhile. And, they had a good preseason. We'll see.
