The Official Tennessee vs. #17/20 West Virginia Game Thread, 3:30 PM ET, CBS

We need to get Woods Anderson involved in the middle, have to keep their linebackers a step and a half behind so we can get the run game churning. O line has to man up and throw their stones around.

On D we have to get a good hit or two on Grier. And keep some orange jerseys flashing in his face. If we can do this we can turn the second half and the game.
Loved the TD to DWA but like you I'm surprised he hasn't been a little more involved in the offense.

1. JG looks great with time to throw...
2. Jordan looks great...
3. Our LBs are still not very good...
4. 22 Abernathy cannot play his position....no matter who is the coach...
5. Thought Helton made some great adjustments....but cannot understand the last 2 plays we had the ball....I think we'll be fine in 2nd half..

I'd be wearing those Ref's ears out about WV's OL holding our guys if I were CJP....

GO VOLS....

I expect a great 2nd half....I would expect to see Shamburger more in the 2nd half....but WVU will find a way to exploit our LBs.....

Anybody see the penn state score?? It’s 10-10 at halftime, their playin App State. Those kids always find a way to play Well in those big time games. If they pull out the upset it would be huge. Ok back to the VOLS now!
Yeah, a lot of my flag players are at that game with their dads.( I live in PA) I'm pulling for app state.

I'm happy, but still worried. I hope it's just the jitters. Very excited about are true freshman also! Let's hope our new S&C program pays off & we can slow them down on offense.
Overall I'll give our defense a B- Grade & our offense a C+ or C Grade.

I'm hoping for stout defense all year. Some of my favorite seasons have been when the D puts fear in the opponent. Some good players this year. Start laying the wood.
