I'm just so tired if seeing our guys play uninspired football. We have the talent, the experience, everything we need except a coach to inspire them it seems. The guys do not respond to Dooley. That is obvious. Ive been in his corner the whole time, I've stood up time and time again but damn this is sad. He has built our numbers back up, restocked us with talent and got the thugs out. But he isn't the guy. I pray to god he proves me wrong, I would love !nothing more. But I fear he won't and we are in store for yet another coaching change.

Think it's time to catch the Gruden train with everyone else. And I'm sorry to see it come to this.:no:
