Glad to see the Titans finally on the field this year. Get off work at 11 but I'll get to catch the scrubs for a little while at least.

where'd you get this?

nice play action (Johnson) with a screen pass to the FB on the other side; huge gain...that might have been a good play to save for the season

Impressive first drive

only thing bothersome is the realization that we can't just power in on the goalline (well I already knew that I guess)

but CJ is pretty much going to have to run to the sides in those situations, he doesn't have the power to go up the middle

True, but both of Seattle's DTs are over 320, so that's a lot of meat to move that close to the goal line.

yeah but i feel that happened a bit with him last season too

he's got incredible speed, but he can't get power without some time to build up the momentum, he doesn't have the mass/size for it

I was getting ready to say that VY has looked good, but yeah that pick wasn't to good on a third and short.

again. everyone was completely covered. I'm not defending him, but this was a case of him trying to make at least something happen and he forced it...but noone on the play was open, they were all covered

...i think they knew we wouldnt run it on short with Javon Ringer in

Yeah but he should have either tucked it and tried to pick up the couple of inches or just throw it out of bounds.

He again tried to force a play, as he has done many times. Tuck it and try for it man. It's better than throwing into that tight of coverage.

He was about to get sacked; I think he knew the guy was right behind him

I'm not covering for him; but at least so far, he was playing a lot better than he has....until it becomes recurring this preseason, I dont think as much of a deal about it

I think he realized the guy was right behind him; he wouldn't have gotten it anyways

it's still at least a pretty big statement to that, without CJ in, no one bites on the titans' play action as all
