Here is the latest UDFA signings:

OL Tyler Marz Wisconsin
DL Iosia Iosia West Texas AM
DL Terrell Lathan TCU
FB Quayvon Hicks Georgia
DL Mehdi Abdesmad BC
DL Antwuan Woods USC
OL Sam Carlson Colorado St.
DB Lamarcus Brutus FSU
WR Rashon Ceaser ULM
DB/RS Morgan Burns Kansas St.
OT Nick Richter Richmond

The only ones I see having a shot of making the 53 is Tyler Marz, Terrell Lathan, Antwuan Woods, and Morgan Burns. Burns was one of the top return men last year in college.

I like the Woods pick up. I don't know enough about the rest.

Like Woods as well. Really like Tyler Marz. Starter for 3 years at LT for WS. Big hog that can road grade. Can't imagine him not making the roster as a G or RT with the emphasis on the run game.

Would like to see us try this line:

Lewan - Warmack - Jones - Tretola - Cocklin

That right side would be beastly. Also is there any veterans ya'll would like to look at post draft now? I'm still concerned about our inside line backers and corner spot. I also wouldn't be that opposed to us also taking another look at Louis Vasquez either. As for CB, I would like to kick the tires on Leon Hall. I know he is old (31) and has had two torn Achilles (2011, 2013) but he has had a great career with the Bengals.

You're in the minority.

Well if you think Dodd is better than Ragland, I don't know what to tell ya.Same thing with Johnson. A'shawn Robinson or Jarren Reed would have been better picks imo.And we didn't address the CB spot at all! Mccourty is decent but after that we don't have anybody.

Doesn't Ragland play inside?

Dodd doesn't play the same position as Ragland, so it's moot. I won't necessarily argue about Robinson or Reed over Johnson but other teams passed them up too and they stayed on the boatd longer than most thought so...make of that what you will. I do wish we'd taken a CB but the team has other needs too. This was a good draft for this team no matter how you try and spin it.

Yes he does. But he would be better than Morgan imo.

And doesn't Morgan play outside? I feel like you're talking in circles and just trying to find something to ***** about.

Dodd was extremely productive and is built like Willie Mcginest

We did take a cornerback. Two I believe

Well Woodyard is the only good LB we've got so I guess what I'm trying to say if they wanted Dodd fine. But they should have got Ragland also.Plus Woodyard is getting old.

FWIW - they signed Sean Spence and Curtis Grant as FA's. Both are LB's. Obviously, LeBeau has a clue about who and what he wants. Spence started a number of games for the Steelers and was a LeBeau guy - knows the system. He was a 3rd rounder in 2012 and had a really bad knee injury that knocked him out for 2 years before coming back and contributing nicely for 2 seasons. He will compete to start at ILB and will play a lot regardless.

Grant was a practice teamer with the Falcons last year after he was done at OSU. He is also an ILB - a straight line thumper.

I'm glad we took Johnson over Reed and Robinson. There's several reasons why those guys stayed on the board as long as they did. I'm still a bit confused by the Henry pick. Certainly, if Murray doesn't perform the way that he did two seasons ago, and looks more like the Murray we saw last season, then we will probably be in good shape moving forward with Henry. I was expecting a defensive back to be selected in place of Henry. Then again, Tennessee focuses so much on running the ball that I may eat my words a few years down the road if Henry becomes our foundation with the running game.

Everything I heard is he is best suited for safety.

He probably is. However, LeBeau uses a fire-zone in the secondary. The safeties have to be able to play man, so he looks for the guys that also have some corner abilities. He plays a hybrid man-zone. It is complicated and takes awhile to become good at it. In essence they start off in man and as a receiver goes into another area (zone) they hand him off to another guy. Perfect fit based on what I have seen and heard about him IMO.

Don't get me wrong, I love the thought of rotating Murray and Henry and just pounding the opposing team into submission...but will Murray be around long enough to do that? We need a little more on the OL to really impose our will like that.

In that vein, one pick that I think is getting overlooked is Sebastian Tretola...that dude is an absolute mauler. Loved that pick.

Avery Williamson is our best ILB.

What's wrong with you? You keep spewing **** in this thread

Titans also signed ILB Nate Palmer who started 10 games and played in all 16 for the Packers last year.

i think many are assuming the Henry pick means smash mouth football. I see Henry as a 1st and 2nd down player, whereas I see Murray as a combination of all three downs because of his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. Henry will be used in several situations as our workhorse, imo. I think Murray will be utilized out of the backfield more often as well to relieve the blitz on Mariota. It was a brilliant pick and one that will benefit the Titans for 5 years.

Henry is not going to be worth the pick. Look at all
of the recent Alabama running backs. They were all taken before Henry and have been disappointments

Well, just because the past ones didn't go elite in the NFL doesn't mean he won't. Story still being written on Lacy, IMO.
